I was raised on a very sustainable diet of fantasy books, anime, Disney renaissance movies and JRPGs. My favorites of all of those things are The Elven Alliance series by Tara Grace, Magic Knight Rayearth and Sailor Moon, The Little Mermaid, and Final Fantasy VI.
I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa at a very young age, so am used to finding work arounds for doing things. For reading, this was the magical world of audio books, which were pretty expensive back in the day, as hard as it may be to believe given how readily available things are now.
For the longest time, it was difficult to read without shelling out a lot of cash. Thanks to Amazon, and Kindle accessibility, I dove back into reading around 2017, which re-ignited my life long dream of becoming an author, and publishing my work.
I’m heavily inspired by the anime, games and movies I grew up watching and playing. Weaving both fantasy and fairy tale retellings with that sort of flare. So if you like that sort of storytelling, you’ll fit right in here.
